***STORE CHANGE***

Attention all store government account users! As of 1 May, all accounts are allocated points. EIP accounts have been merged with the ETC accounts and ETCs are responsible for ordering all materials and collateral for EIP volunteers and events. NEW LOG ON INFORMATION



Multiple account users will now notice a difference in the way they log on.

ESGR users: if you have a budget account, an EIP account, and a Credit card account, you will now log on using your user name and password for your Budget account. Then you will choose from the ESGR budget to purchase budget items, EIP if you wish for them to be deducted from your EIP budget, Personal Credit Card if you want them charged to your personal credit card. Only ESGR users will still choose from Committee, Employer, or Military at check out.

EIP users with only an EIP budget account and/or Credit Card account will log on with their EIP user name and pass word. They will then choose EIP Budget or personal Credit Card.

YRRP users will log on using their YRRP username and password. They will then choose YRRP Budget or Credit card if you have a personal credit card account.

Those with only a Credit Card Account will use their existing user name and password and check the credit card button.

By making these changes you will only have to remember one user name and password, and then simply pick the payment method you wish to use.

All users still have to enter the purpose of the order at check out.

We are sure there will be questions and probably a glitch or two. Please call us to clarify or resolve any issues.

Temporary Closing of the FEPP online store

Notice to all FEPP online store customers! (ESGR, YRRP, EIP) We will be temporarily closing the store for maintenance, updating, and improvements. It will close 5:00 p.m. CST Friday 4-27-12 and will reopen no later than 12:00 a.m. CST 4-29-12. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will be changing the account structure so all customers will only have one user name and password regardless of the number of accounts they represent. Everyone will be receiving new log in instructions from the store when the store is reopened. If you are receiving this for a 2nd time I apologize. We had some issues with the customer data base and some people were not notified. We just want to make sure that everyone does know the store status for the weekend. Thank you for your patience. RETIRED MILITARY RANKS OR TITLES

Per HQ, ESGR, retired military ranks and/or titles are ONCE AGAIN allowed on ESGR Business Cards or Name Badges.

Store Viewing

At the conference last week it was expressed by those attending, that all volunteers should be allowed to at least view the product offering. After approval from HQ, the store has been modified to allow that. The Volunteers will still not be able to purchase unless they contact Exhibit Arts to set up a credit card account. I have also included a link to the store for those who wish to send it to their Volunteers or put it on their state web site. www.esgronlinestore.com

Change in Patriot Awards

Per Headquarters, Exhibit Arts will now be sending out all Patriot Awards going to State Offices in a beautiful shadow box frame. This will be effective for all nominations received after the first week of July. There will not be any Award Certificates issued prior to this, returned for framing, and no empty shadow box frames will be shipped to State Offices. For information or inquiries contact your RDD.  

Time Service Pins

We now have Time Service lapel pins on the store for presentation to volunteers. They are availaable for 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of volunteer service with ESGR. Recognize our voluteers for the years of effort and service. A list of names must acompany each order, per ESGR Headquarters. They are located in the Merit Award section of the store.

Store Changes

We have added State Recognition Certificates to the store. This will enable committees to recognize committee members for outstanding performance and dedication to the ESGR mission. Also, it was brought to our attention last week that wish lists with on demand items, such as the customized awards, could not be transfered into the shopping cart. That problem has now been fixed. From all of us at Exhibit Arts, have a Great Holiday and a Happy New Year

Year end Shut Down 2010

THE ESGR ONLINE STORE WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED AS OF 6:30 PM EST 9/29/10 FOR INVENTORY, ASSIGNMENT OF NEW BUDGETS, AND ACTIVATING NEW PRODUCTS. IT WILL REOPEN PRIOR TO 12:00 AM EST 10/1/10. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE NEW ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE AS OF 10/1/10. THEY WILL ALL BE MARKED WITH THE WORD NEW! ABOVE THE SUMMARY PHOTO.

Public Service Announcements

We now have available for all committees 30 second public service announcements for television. It is available in 2 formats ( DVD and Beta Tape) Each committee will automaticly receive 5 Beta tapes and 25 DVDs, should you need additional copies they are available in the Brochure and Printed Material section of the store. (Note, Check with the stations you distribute these to, and varify the format they can use.)

4th of July

Exhibit Arts Customer Service will be closed Friday July 3rd in observence of July 4rth holiday. We would like to wish all our great customers a happy and safe Independence Day! We will resume normaal business hours at 8:00 a.m. Monday 7/6/09.

NEW TUTORIALS!

As an effort to help some of those having problems ordering we have added some new tutorials to the How To Order section of the store. To access these tutorials, click on How To Order in the blue bar just under the banner at the top of the page. The tutorials are in the center of the page, in blue print. They are pdf files which shoul read in any adobe reader. We have added tutorials for business cards, name badges, and embroidery. Hopefully they will help those having problems. If you have any problems not addressed by these files, please call customer service. Thanks EA Staff

***TITLES ON BADGES AND BUSINESS CARDS****

THIS IS A DIRECTIVE FROM ESGR HEADQUARTERS. FIELD COMMITTEE STRUCTURE The following are titles of members of the ESGR Committees and are allowed to be placed on name badges and business cards. No other titles will be placed on name badges and business cards. Chair, Chair Emeritus, ( not a title, position of respect, honor) Vice Chair, Program Support Specialist, Asst Program Support Specialist, Area Chair, Employer Outreach Director, Military Outreach Director, Ombudsman Director, Ombudsman, Public Affairs Director, Awards Director, Awards Coordinator, Training Director, Public Affairs Director, Employer Outreach Coordinator, Military Outreach Coordinator, Training Representative, Public Affairs Representative, Bosslift Coordinator, Membership Coordinator, Ombudsman Coordinator, Program Support Manager, Assistant Support technician, Reserve Component Liaison, Committee Member - All other members that do not fall under either of the categories listed above. All of the titles listed above are in accordance with NCESGRRI 1250.02 dated October 1, 2008

YOU CAN NOT SET YOURSELF UP AS A CUSTOMER. All new customers must be set up by Exhibit Arts. To get this done please call toll free 1-877-222-8494. This is the only way anyone can purchase poduct whether budget or credit card purchase. EA Staff  

How To Order Tutorials

For the less experienced web store users we will be adding tutorials to the site in the How To Order section located in the blue menu bar. They will cover, how to place a basic order, how to order business cards, how to order name badges, how to order awards, and how to order customized apparel. We hope these will be helpful and answer a lot of the questions that come up from time to time. Should you have questions or issues not covered by these tutorials, our Customer Service department will be available as always to help. We will continue to strive to make your shopping experience with the ESGR Online Store as simple and stress free as possible. The EA staff
